On October 26-27, this year, the 2019 National Professional Pharmacist Professional Qualification Examination was set up for the first time in Jingmen. Due to the high degree of social attention of the professional qualification examination for practicing pharmacists and the high pressure for safety risk prevention and control, the personnel examination department of our city is under the careful guidance of the provincial personnel examination institute and under the strong leadership of the party group of the Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau. Wei Jian and other units have cooperated sincerely and unified actions, successfully completed the organization of the examination, and provided more excellent examination services for the majority of candidates.
I. Innovative work measures, "naked test"
In order to seriously test style and discipline, and purify the examination environment, we focus on innovating work measures around preventing high-tech cheating. The first is to provide free storage services for candidates. Except for those who are allowed to bring valid IDs and admission tickets to the test room, it is strictly prohibited to bring other items into the test building. The second is to provide candidates with free and unified examination supplies, which not only serves the candidates but also avoids the risk of cheating. The third is to implement double security checks for all candidates. Before entering the building of the test site, candidates are firstly checked by security personnel in the outfield, and the proctors are given a second security check when they enter the test room.
2. Leaders attach great importance to the close cooperation of departments
Before the examination, leaders of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau attached great importance. A joint pre-examination meeting was specifically held to comprehensively arrange the deployment of the examination. During the examination period, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Health and Health Commission, and the test site schools and other joint member units performed their duties. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau unifiedly organized and directed the implementation of the entire examination. The public security department arranges police officers to patrol and guard on the test site, maintain the order of the examination organization, arrange traffic police to direct traffic around the test site, avoid traffic jams, and ensure smooth traffic around the test site. The city health and health commission sent 120 ambulances to be on duty at the test site to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and implement medical ambulances. Discipline inspection and security departments also conducted on-site inspection and supervision of the test sites.
Consolidating job responsibilities and improving political standing
The Municipal Personnel and Examination Bureau held training sessions for examiners, inspectors, and proctors respectively before the examination, conveying the spirit of the provincial personnel examination institute, arranging the specific examination requirements for the examination in detail, and signing the responsibility certificate for examination safety. All staff requested to improve their political standing, strictly perform their job responsibilities, take the safety of personnel examinations as the bottom line, implement responsibilities at all levels, and do a good job in all examination tasks. At the meeting, personnel education warning education was also carried out. Watching the warning education film and using the case to arouse everyone's "zero tolerance" attitude towards cheating in examinations.
The personnel examination department of our city will further ensure the safety of personnel examinations in accordance with the overall deployment of the provincial personnel examination institute, purify the personnel examination environment with higher standards, stricter requirements, and harder measures, and build a long-term mechanism for candidates' honest reference. The personnel examinations developed healthily.
